Registration

The Deadline to Apply for the Workshop was January 6, 2012

Participation in this workshop is limited to USA citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA. All applications for the 2012 NIGMS Postdoc Workshop must be received no later than Friday, January 6, 2012, 5:00PM EST. Late and/or incomplete application packets will be declined upon receipt. There will not be onsite registration.

All of the materials associated with the application must be submitted in order to apply for the workshop, even if you are not applying for a travel award.

All accepted applicants will be required to pay a registration fee of $25.00 to participate in the Workshop. Travel awards (up to $1250) will be available to attendees residing outside of a 50 mile radius and not directly receiving federal funding
(e.g. NRSA Postdoctoral F32 Fellowship, NIH Postdoctoral IRTA, etc...).

Cancellation Policy: A $15.00 administration fee will be assessed if notification is received in writing, post-marked fifteen (15) business days prior to the workshop. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than fifteen (15) business days in advance of the workshop. All refunds will be processed after March 31, 2012.
